 Nominations are now open for the YWCA Lethbridge 2025  

Women of Distinction Awards! 

Every year, in honour of International Women's Day on March 8th, the YWCA Lethbridge & District hosts the Women of Distinction Awards, an evening dedicated to acknowledging, championing, and celebrating the exceptional women in our community, and how their successes have shaped our city. 

 We are pleased to announce that nominations are currently open for the 2025 Awards Dinner. Accepted until midnight on Wednesday January 29, now is the time to gather together and uplift the women in your life by nominating them for this prestigious award. 

Nomination packages can be found on the YWCA Lethbridge website, or by connecting with us directly at communications@ywcalethbridge.com. 

New this year, we are accepting video submissions of up to 5 minutes, as well as written submissions. 

 The 2025 Women of Distinction Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday March 8 at the Coast Hotel – Grand Ballroom beginning at 6:15pm. This event features the awards ceremony, a plated dinner, an address from the CEO, and an opportunity for community members to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of these women, fostering the sense of empowerment and solidarity that is at the core of the work by the YWCA Lethbridge.
