• This role will be based in office in Taber
• Monday-Friday

• Managing the daily scheduling of truck deliveries and pickups to ensure efficient and timely service
• Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring trucks are traveling full both ways, as effectively as possible
• Addressing and resolving logistical challenges to ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Working with administrative support to ensure communication with drivers and clients, keeping everyone informed and on track
• Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the logistics process.

• 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics management
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong organizational capacity
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with an ability to look at circumstances creatively
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Post secondary education in business or supply chain
