Parts & Service Coordinator

Our client is hiring a Parts & Service Coordinator to support clients and technicians in keeping equipment running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage work orders, assist customers, and oversee parts inventory, combining technical know-how with customer service skills.

Compensation & Hours:- Wage: $20-$22/hr.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
- Act as the primary contact for service requests, diagnostics, and parts inquiries
- Manage work orders from intake to completion, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and cataloging
- Provide hands-on assistance in preparing parts for service jobs and resolving any parts-related issues
Required Qualifications:- Experience: Background in service writing, equipment service, or parts
- Customer Service: Clear communication, adapting explanations to meet customer needs
- Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate tasks, manage inventory, and adjust to customer needs
- Prioritizing: Skilled at prioritizing orders to ensure efficient service
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and meeting specifications
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various programs to manage parts and service tasks
- Professionalism: Respect for agricultural work, with a focus on teamwork and reliability
