    Due to retirement, we are looking for a new team member in the role of:

     

    Client Relations and Marketing Coordinator

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of relationship management and supporting various aspects of our business operations.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Marketing and Sales:
      • Attend trade shows, network with potential clients, and promote our products/services.
      • Enhance our online presence through creating engaging content on our social media and responding to inquiries.
      • Introduce our products/services to potential clients through in person, telephone and online communication.
      • Source potential leads including tenders and RFP’s.
      • Assist clients in grant writing to support funding efforts for community projects.
    • Customer Service:
      • Meet with new customers to understand their needs and to present our products/services.
      • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
      • Check in with current customers regularly to maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support.
    • Administrative Duties:
      • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
      • Process orders and quote management.
      • Place orders for materials and supplies as needed to support project execution.
      • Assist with preparing proposals to secure new business opportunities.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop long standing relationships
    • Self motivated and high level of responsiveness
    • High attention to detail, organization and time management skills
    • Professional and positive attitude
    • High integrity and ability to build trust
    • Strong computer proficiency with willingness to learn new programs
    • Willing to travel approx. 4 days/month
    • Valid Driver’s License (office is located 20 minutes outside of Lethbridge – must be willing to commute)

     

    We Offer

    • $26-29/hour starting wage, based on experience, with room for tremendous growth
