In this role, the successful candidate will guide and support a hardworking crew, ensuring the production operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

    Compensation & Hours:
    • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
    • Schedule: Rotating 12-hour schedule (days, nights, and weekends)
       
    Position Summary:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production staff, to hit daily goals and uphold safety standards
    • Oversee and manage production schedules, ensuring shifts run smoothly to meet company objectives
    • Troubleshoot equipment quickly to keep operations running
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with regulations
    • Identify ways to improve processes for speed, safety, and quality
    • Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handoffs between supervisors
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ Years proven experience in a supervisory role
    • Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing
    • Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
    • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
    • Leadership skills with a talent for motivating and managing diverse teams
    • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
       
    Bonus Points For:
    Red Seal certifications (Millwright, Heavy Equipment Technician, or Machinist) are highly valued
