Production Labour

We are seeking Production Workers to join our agriculture client’s team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced setting.

• The rate of pay will be $19 - $21/hr.
• Rotating shifts

• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities and product quality
• Assisting with the packaging and labeling of product
• Tracking inventory
• Operating basic machinery
• Sorting and preparing materials for processing
• Moving materials to and from production areas using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Keeping the production and warehouse areas clean and organized

• Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Steel toe boots and gloves
• A strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to use a computer to enter or retrieve data
• High School Diploma
• Exemplary attendance record
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
