Finance Manager

Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client as they search for a Finance Manager. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing company budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans. Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $100K-130K/year based on experience
• This role requires you to be in office full-time

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial plans support the strategic goals of the organization
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
• Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets that align with the company’s growth objectives based on financial insights and projections
• Oversee the finance team, conducting performance reviews, feedback, and professional development support

• Present accurate and compliant reports as a key financial advisor to senior management, department heads, and executives
• Identify and implement cost-control measures to improve profitability and efficiency
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, potential risks, and corrective actions as needed to ensure the achievement of financial targets

• Post secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role
• CPA or CMA designation
• Experience leading teams and developing employees
• Proven experience in a finance manager role with a focus on strategic company budgeting and growth
• Ability to present reports that are detailed but easy to follow for all levels within the company
