Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong accounting foundation to drive smarter system integration across their growing operation. This role is critical to aligning business systems with operational and financial needs in a multi-site environment.

• The salary range is $70K-90K/year dependent on experience and credentials
• This role is located on site (Lethbridge, AB) and cannot be completed remotely

• Lead or support ERP and financial system rollouts
• Work across departments to improve system use and efficiency
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend optimizations
• Deliver training and ongoing technical support
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and standards
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and system providers

• 3+ years experience in Finance or ERP implementation
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Finance
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain accounting reporting to all skill levels
• Must have your own, reliable transportation

• Experience with Great Plains software
• Agriculture or manufacturing industry experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience/training
