Millwright

Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our manufacturing client as they search for a Millwright to join their team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment and be required to creatively troubleshoot and problem solve.
 
Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $49.71/hr.
• Rotating 12 hr. shifts

• Ensuring quality materials and services are produced upon completion of work order requests
• Troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and applying preventative maintenance systems on all machines and equipment
• Applying safety programs and codes while working on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Provide recommendations for improvements to equipment and processes 
• Maintaining records and all other documentation related to repairs and maintenance 
• Aligning and testing equipment and making any necessary adjustments
• Maintaining inventory of key parts for equipment 

• Valid Journeyman Millwright certification
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Safety focused mindset
• Ability to lead and mentor other staff
