Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with Cam Air Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in their search for a Service Manager to join their team. Successful candidates will be experienced in HVAC servicing and repair. If you have strong leadership skills and are able to troubleshoot on the fly – we want to hear from you!

• The rate of pay will be $90K - $105K/year based on experience
• Day-time hours with on call rotation

• Manage and oversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
• Complete service, installation, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning units
• Lead and mentor a team of estimators, project coordinators, installers and fabricators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of HVAC projects
• Ensure that customer service and quality of work remains at the focus of projects and client interactions

• 4-5+ years of experience in an HVAC or refrigeration technician role
• Valid JM HVAC or refrigeration technician certification
• Strong people skills – including interpersonal communication and business development
• Knowledge and experience in providing estimates and take-offs
• Leadership experience – ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and coordinating tasks of others, and providing needed support
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check
