    We are searching for a contract Corporate Office Manager that can wear multiple hats to provide the most effective support to their leadership team. Their ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and adjust to an ever-changing schedule, hold confidentiality to a high standard, and a have a pride in the work that is accomplished.

    Compensation & Hours:
    • The salary is expected to be $60 - $70K/yr.
    • This is a one-year contract position
     
    Position Summary:
    • Document control; ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, proper and archival
    • Facilitating meetings
    • Drafting correspondence and reports
    • Managing calendars of executive team
    • Coordinating special projects
    • Creating and updating processes to ensure information/tools are easily accessible and tasks are executed correctly & efficiently
    • Ability to balance priorities, set objectives, track progress, and ensure your bosses are meeting deadlines
    • Assisting with operations
    • Reviewing budgets, financial reports, and contracts
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of previous administrative experience
    • Exceptional writing, communication, and correspondence skills
    • Technologically sound (Microsoft Suite, virtual meetings, etc.)
     
    Bonus Points For:
    • Familiar with the real estate industry
    • Post-secondary education
    • Accounting experience
