Branch Manager

Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client as they search for a Branch Manager to join their team. Successful candidates will be community focused and strong leaders. Experience in the agriculture or heavy equipment industries will be an asset.

• The rate of pay will be $100K-$120K/year based on experience
• Monday-Friday
• This role is located in Taber, AB and will require you to be in office
• Preference will be given to local candidates or candidates with ties to the Taber and area community.

• Managing operations of the parts and equipment departments, ensuring they are functioning efficiently
• Providing customer service and ensuring all divisions are performing to high customer satisfaction standards
• Building and maintain strong customer, vendor, and internal relations
• Monitoring inventory levels, sales performance, services completed, and other branch metrics to ensure metrics are met
• Driving business growth with senior management team through strategic planning and business development plans
• Ensuring branch compliance for all safety and operational standards
• Troubleshooting with staff on all areas including but not limited to: sales, service, parts, and equipment.
• Reporting to management team on branch performance, noting all and any areas for improvement

• 5+ years of proven team management experience with ability to check in with teams daily
• Experience working within the Heavy Equipment or agriculture industry would be preferred
• Community forward mindset with a focus on teamwork and integrity within the branch
• Strong strategic business acumen

• Valid Journeyman Parts Certificate

• Service management experience
