Project Manager – Restoration Industry

Full-Time: Monday to Friday 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM with overtime as required

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries for repair of residential/commercial property resulting from water/fire/sewer backup/wind/hail damage.
• Continuous management of multiple projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule all project work with staff and subcontractors
• Address emergency calls immediately and contact on call crew with information
• Accurately complete estimates and reports
• Maintain accurate records and notes on each project file
• Continuously communicating with insurance companies and property owners

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service with excellent verbal & written communication and reporting skills
• Multi-tasking, adaptability and time management skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Dependable and motivated
• Empathetic and considerate
• Strong computer competency, including MS Office suite, with ability to become proficient in the industry estimating software
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience in restoration or construction industry considered an asset
• Valid Driver’s Abstract

• $65 000 – 70 000 annually, based on experience
