Project Manager

We are working with a Lethbridge based construction company to find a Project Manager. Their ideal candidate will be a high-capacity, quick thinking, and action-oriented individual that prides themselves in ensuring the big picture comes together seamlessly.
 
Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $90K-$110K/year

• Streamlining projects through effective planning/scheduling, purchasing, and process implementation
• Liaising with subcontractors, stakeholders, suppliers, engineers, site supervisors, and employees
• Ensuring that financial costs are well managed and reported accurately
• Reviewing and approving drawings
• Obtaining quotes and ordering materials
• Acquiring occupancy, development, and building permits
• Reporting on project progression
• Creating manuals for operations and maintenance

• 5+ years of previous experience in a project management role
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret contracts (AutoCAD would be an asset)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Commercial, industrial, or agriculture experience
• Travel to site on an as-needed basis

• PMP certification
• Post secondary education in carpentry or other trade
