• The rate of pay will be $60-65K/year based on experience
• Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

• Creating proposal and final construction drawings that work within a set budget
• Utilizing all available resources to determine the best designs for client expectations and safety requirements
• Building strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors; focusing on an ability to understand requests and then effectively communication steps to get there
• Providing accurate cost calculations and take-off quotes
• Scheduling and delegating tasks according to production start dates
• Operating 3D programs and evaluating each phase to ensure success

• Post-secondary certification as a Drafting Technologist
• 2+ years of experience in a drafting role
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be team oriented – focused on engaging with new ideas and feedback from others
