Construction Worker

Location: Coaldale
Pay: $20-$23/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• General Labour: Tasks include digging, sweeping, cleaning, carpentry, concrete work, and assembling structures.
• Material Handling: Help load, unload, and move materials around the site.

• Site Prep and Cleanup: Keep the worksite safe and organized.
• Assist Skilled Tradespeople: Work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning from the best!
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and participate in daily safety meetings.

• Experience: Previous construction experience on a commercial site is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Physical Ability: Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks while working in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to showing up on time, every time.
• Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and safety in everything you do!
• Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Skilled Labour & Journeymen: If you bring extra skills or certifications, you may qualify for higher pay and more advanced tasks.
• Clean Driver’s License: A clean Class 5 driver’s license is a bonus and may be required for some duties.
