Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our agriculture client as they search for a sales representative to join their team. As a territory sales representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within an assigned territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategies to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Compensation & Hours:- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential
- This is a full time, permanent role
- Monday-Friday with occasional weekends depending on the time of year
- Travel throughout Southern Alberta
Position Summary:- Build & establish relationships with customers to understand their needs and how to meet those needs effectively
- Providing customers with information regarding farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Completing outside sales, including industry events and cold calling
- Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance
- Analyzing for creative problem-solving as needed to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Meets and exceeds sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Analyzing contracts and reports
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in heavy equipment sales
- Valid drivers license, clean drivers abstract, and reliable vehicle are required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of integrity & strong sense of accountability
- Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
- Self-motivated with results driven attitude and the ability to work independently
