Location: 25 minutes from Lethbridge
Compensation: $22-$25/hr based on experience
Schedule: 12-hour days (6 AM – 6 PM), 12 days on, 2 days off

• Calf Care: Provide consistent, daily care for calves, ensuring they are well-fed, healthy, and in a clean environment.
• Equipment Operation: Dependably operate and maintain feeding systems, tractors, and other farm machinery with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Regularly clean pens and equipment to maintain a healthy environment for the animals.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of calf health and feeding schedules, demonstrating attention to detail.
• General Farm Work: Assist with maintenance and repairs as needed, showing a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary. 

• Reliability: Must be someone who consistently shows up, ready to take on the day’s tasks.
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a commitment to hard work, with the ability to handle long hours and demanding physical tasks.
• Reliable Transportation: Class 5 preferred

• Previous experience in working with livestock
• Commercial Driver’s License
