• Office Manager

    Our real estate client is looking for an Office Manager to provide personalized support to the senior leadership team. Join a creative, innovative, and energetic team with so many ideas that sometimes, an idea or two gets lost in the mix. Your job will be to organize this team’s ideas/plans/brains and then bring them to life. You’ll know what their needs are before they even do!

    Compensation & Hours:
    • The rate of pay will be $23 - $25/hr.
    • This is a fulltime maternity leave coverage
     
    Position Summary:
    • Managing document flow and organization ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and archival or release
    • Reorganizing the company SharePoint
    • Maximizing the productivity of the executive team by wearing multiple hats
    • Facilitating meetings and taking minutes
    • Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other communications
    • Assisting the accounting technician with bookkeeping
    • Managing calendars and correspondence ensuring important items and relayed to team
    • Planning and executing small events such as Christmas parties or team building events
    • Suggesting efficiencies to improve administrative processes
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of previous administrative experience
    • 1-2 years of previous experience with accounting or bookkeeping
    • Phenomenal writing, communication, and correspondence skills
    • Competent and knowledgeable with technology (Microsoft Suite, virtual meetings, etc.)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
     
    Bonus Points For:
    • Technical background in legal, insurance, or real estate (document control and contracts)
    • Experience with SharePoint
