• Office Administrator

    Our construction client is seeking an organized and dynamic Office Administrator to join their team! This role is the hub of operations – ensuring the seamless daily operations of their office while supporting both field and office personnel with administrative, accounting, and safety-related tasks.

    Compensation & Hours:
    • The rate of pay will be $20/hr.+, dependent on experience
    • This is a fulltime and permanent position
     
    Position Summary:
    • Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep their office running smoothly
    • Coordinating and maintaining documentation and filing systems (digital and physical)
    • Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and employee onboarding
    • Supporting project managers and coordinators with administration, billing, purchasing, invoicing, and financial tracking
    • Handling incoming communications
    • Assisting with the organization of company events
    • Ensuring safety programs and training documentation are up to date
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • A knack for working collaboratively with diverse teams
    • Strong attention to detail, especially in accounting or project documentation
    • Proficiency with office software and a willingness to learn new systems
