    Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Reception duties both in-Person and on the Phone
    • Preparing Reports and Maintaining Records
    • Invoice Payments both on the Phone and in-Person
    • Respond to Customer Queries/Complaints
    • General Office Duties

     

    Requirements:

    • Professional, Friendly and Clear Communication with Clients/Customers
    • Detail Orientated and Organized
    • Proficiency and Accuracy in Proof Reading, Spelling & Grammar
    • Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
    • Strong Computer and Typing Skills including MS Office

     

    We Offer:

    • 35 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm, 2:00pm – 4:30pm
    • $20/hour
