This is a unique opportunity to not only enjoy a delicious meal among friends and community members, but also to support and celebrate the next generation of culinary artists. You'll be able to taste their fresh, creative takes on locally sourced ingredients in an intimate setting in Founders Square at the Lethbridge Polytechnic. 

We are proud to partner with Tourism Lethbridge to promote and educate guests on locally sourced food in our region while showcasing creations prepared by Lethbridge's student chefs.
