Jason Donkersgoed is the Director of LC Extension at Lethbridge Polytechnic, where he is responsible for delivering
non-credit, customized and micro-credential courses. He was instrumental in Lethbridge Polytechnic becoming the
first post-secondary institution in Alberta to offer an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Level 1 program.
He is an ICF Associate Certified Coach with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (2022) and a Master of Arts (2021)
from Royal Roads University in Victoria, B.C. When not working, Jason can be found spending time with his wife and three kids,
exploring the world through travel, hiking, and snowboarding.
Ryan Lacanilao is an economist and writer who grew up in Lethbridge,
now based in Edmonton. For the Alberta Living Wage Network he guides
the living wage calculations, manages the certification program,
and leads the Network’s projects.
